Pittsburg ISD pays $2,400 above state base for certified teachers.  For those with a Master's degre, we pay $2,900 above state base.
For ESL certified teachers who actually work with ESL students, we pay the above amounts plus $1,000
For Bilingual certified teachers, we pay the above amounts plus $7,000.
For Diagnosticians, we pay the above amounts plus $5,000.
