Accepting applications for Campus Secretary
Primary Purpose:
Under direct supervision of principal provide reception and clerical assistance for the efficient operation of the campus office.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High School diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to operate multi-line phone system
Proficient typing, word processing, and file maintenance skills
Proficient keyboarding computer skills
Operate office fax, printer, copier, laminator and calculator
Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience:
One year to three years clerical experience, preferably in public education environment
Working conditions:
Maintain emotional control under stress
Work with frequent interruptions
Maintain positive attitude and coperate with all staff
