Sarah Johns - Board Secaretary

Sarah Johns is a graduate of Gilmer High School.  She has a bachelor's and master's degree in education from Texas A&M Commerce.  She has been married to Chuck Johns for 38 years with 3 children and 5 grandsons, three of whom will  be the fifth generation of Johnses to attend Camp County schools.
Sarah is a retired Pittsburg school teacher of 21 years.  She is now employed as a resident teacher supervisor/liaison at Texas A&M Texarkana.  She is an active member and Sunday School teacher of the First United Methodist Church in Pittsburg.  She is also a member of the Pittsburg LIon's Club and Twentieth Century Club.
Sarah is serving her first term as trustee and was elected in May of 2006.
